Safety is a fundamental issue in Buzzi Unicem corporate management.
The objective is to achieve zero accident, to ensure that our production processes are excellent in terms of technology and quality and are performed in a controlled, safe workplace that respects the environment, through an integrated internal communication plan with all the employees, including subcontractors.

This is why we promoted the “Objective Safety” Project. Under this one, several initiatives are being proposed in perfect tuning with the employees representatives. Buzzi Unicem, in compliance with the objectives set forth in the “Environment and Safety Policy” and in the  “Integrated Management System”, wants to confirm its engagement in order to establish a human resources management that takes into account technical and productive needs together with regulatory requirements.
