Anti-corruption Code
Buzzi Unicem USA believes that corruption represents a major obstacle to sustainable development, economic growth and free competition.
For this reason, the Anti-Corruption Code was introduced. The Anti-Corruption Code applies to the Buzzi Unicem USA, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
The principles contained in the Anti-Corruption Code apply to all directors, members of corporate bodies, employees, suppliers and any person acting in the name and/or on behalf of Buzzi Unicem USA, including but not limited to representatives, agents, partners, external consultants, or any other entities appointed by the company.
